Courier Working Principles Agreement

Legal compliance: The courier agrees to fully comply with all applicable national and international laws, customs and border regulations while on duty.
Prohibited items: Carrying narcotics, weapons, explosives, contraband or any item prohibited by law is strictly forbidden. If the courier has any doubt about a shipment's contents, they must halt the delivery and immediately notify the operations centre.
Shipment integrity: Sealed shipments may not be opened; their contents may not be inspected, altered, shown to or handed over to third parties.
Confidentiality: Sender and recipient details, as well as the company's operational, route and client information, are strictly confidential and may never be disclosed, even after the working relationship ends.
Document validity: The courier must keep their passport, visas and other travel documents valid, and notify the company of any change to these documents within 3 business days.
Delivery rules: Shipments are delivered only to the registered recipient or a person officially authorised by them, against identity verification and signature.
Security and custody: The courier follows the company's security procedures and the designated route and schedule. A shipment may never be left unattended or entrusted to third parties.
Impartiality: The courier may not accept payments, gifts or benefits from senders, recipients or third parties without the company's knowledge.
Accuracy of declarations: All information provided in the application form is declared to be true and complete. If a false declaration is detected, the application is rejected; if hired, the contract may be terminated immediately.
Personal data: Personal data shared in the application is processed solely for recruitment and employment purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
This undertaking does not replace an employment contract; upon hiring, a separate written employment contract will be signed between the parties.
