We only collect data that you voluntarily provide: the information you share through the courier application form and the quote request form. No advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics tools are used on this site.
Only strictly necessary cookies are used: a cookie that remembers your language preference, and a secure session cookie that keeps you signed in to the admin panel. These cookies are never used for marketing.
The face verification photo and criminal record certificate you upload are held in a private storage area that is closed to the public. Only authorised administrators can access these files, through short-lived signed links. The files are never published at a publicly accessible address.
All data transfer is encrypted with TLS. Row level security (RLS) is enforced in the database: visitors may only create records and cannot read any record. Only authenticated administrators can view records.
Your data is stored on our own servers; it is not transferred to any third-party cloud storage or database service. Except where legally required, it is never shared with, sold or rented to any third party.
To access your data or request its rectification or erasure, you can reach us through the contact channels below. Your request will be answered within 30 days at the latest.
This policy may be updated from time to time. For significant changes, the update date at the top of the page will be revised.
