Within the scope of a courier application we process: identity data (full name, date of birth), contact data (phone, email, residence address), travel data (passport number and expiry date, countries visited, valid visas), image data (face verification photo) and criminal conviction data (criminal record certificate). For a quote request we process name, email and the content of your message.
Your personal data is processed in order to run recruitment processes, assess a candidate's suitability for the role, fulfil obligations arising from legislation, ensure occupational safety, and — upon your request — provide a commercial quote.
Your data is processed on the grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, that it is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation, and on the basis of your explicit consent. The biometric photograph and the criminal record certificate are special categories of personal data and are processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent.
Your personal data is not transferred to any third-party cloud service; it is stored on our own servers. It is disclosed only to authorised public authorities, where legally required and within the limits set by legislation. It is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
If your application is unsuccessful, your data is retained for a maximum of 12 months and is then deleted or anonymised. If you are hired, your data is retained for the duration of the employment relationship and, thereafter, for the limitation periods prescribed by legislation.
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose, to request rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction, to object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damages.
